CitySave are a leading credit union providing ethical savings and borrowing options to the communities of Birmingham & Warwickshire.
As a member run organisation, CitySave have to utilise small budgets to effectively promote their ethical alternatives to high-risk loan sharks as well as larger banks.
The key for CitySave was to improve their brand perception. Their messaging, website and marketing collateral did not represent their stellar track-record of providing ethical and cost-effective solutions to the local community.
In early 2022 we launched a new website design & UX along with the promotional video “For your tomorrow”.
