Over the past 16 years, we have built a strong and creative group of designers and each one plays a vital role in the service that people experience when they come to MAXX for ideas, inspiration and results.

Jackie Blaker

Catherine Jenkins
Business Development Director, she has worked across all sectors in marketing and business strategy for over 20 years, focusing predominantly over the past 10 years in website design and promotion. Matt Barrett
Matt is our Creative Director and has been with MAXX for over 10 years. He has a reputation for producing superb design and creative concepts within tight deadlines - and getting it "spot on" first time. Nikki Hayes
Nikki is our Lead Developer and creator of MAXXlinx, our in-house Content Management System. Despite her amazing technical capabilities, she is also a talented designer and the nicest geek we know! David Lonsdale

Stephen Cripps
Stephen has been with MAXX for 4 years. He has a reputation for delivering highly creative design concepts and taking a brief to another level. His favourite things to work on are creating new logos and direct mail concepts. Andrea Walter
Andrea is Dermot 's PA and provides admin support to the design team. Always cheerful she brightens the office and keeps us all in order. When not working you will spot her with a large glass of red wine and a bag of Marmite crisps! Spend 5 minutes with Andrea on our blog.
Ruth Cook
Ruth is Jackie's right hand woman, supporting the digital team and also delivering some of the Search Engine Optimisation for our clients.
